Rafting the Dead River in Maine is like no other river. This river runs for 16 miles and contains almost continuous rapids that are up class IV. This narrated video of the river was taken from a bush plane and is narrated. It starts at 35 foot high and river wide "Grand Falls", and describes every "named" rapid along the river's entire length - especially the biggest at the end of the run - "Big Poplar" - a class IV at any level!
